Culinary Cultural Workshop Project

Hello! We are a team of 4 students from CUHK trying to integrate cultural ethnic minorities in Hong Kong with the locals through the medium of food! We want to welcome and mix the deep and rich culture of Hong Kong with other cultures from ethnic minorities to better integrate and foster communication. Food is deeply ingrained in every culture and in all our lives, the perfect medium to discuss and bond over.
