With the success of our workshop, we hope to inspire others to keep an open mind and be culturally sensitive and aware, many of the participants in our workshop enjoyed their time and hope to join other workshops in the future to enhance their cultural understanding of HK and EM cultures.
 

Some improvements based on feedback from the workshop would include increasing the overall time of the workshop to have multiple days to include many more activities and enjoyment without overly stressing or boring the participants. Some would have wished for a more intensive or even more competitive style such as normal cooking competitions with proper judging. We plan to include more activities in the future to increase cultural exchange and enhance involvement.
